Ciili Mobile Terms of Use

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of use:
  • Ciili Mobile may modify or update these Terms without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting on the website.
  • By using the website, you confirm that you are of legal age or have parental consent for transactions.
  • You may create an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • The website and its content are owned by Ciili Mobile or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of Ciili Mobile’s trademarks, logos, or service marks is strictly prohibited.
  • Personal information provided by users may be used for marketing purposes. By using the website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information for marketing by Ciili Mobile.
  • Personal information is collected and processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of jurisdiction.
  • Ciili Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ciili Mobile, superseding any prior agreements.

Ciili Mobile Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ciili Mobile website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and conditions:
  • Goods sold are non-refundable.
  • Service cancellations are not permitted once repair or delivery is in progress.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, PayNow, and PayLah (Preferred payment methods – No handling fee and transaction limit).
  • Whether you’re using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex, domestic card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% handling fee, while international transactions with these cards will incur a 3.5% fee, regardless of the transaction amount.
  • Handling fee of 2.5% apply for GrabPay and ShopeePay, for transactions that exceed $1,000.
  • I also accept Capital Voucher (only applicable for Bukit Panjang branch) and Frasers Voucher (only applicable for Tampines branch).
  • Ciili Mobile is not GST registered, and all advertised prices are net, with no additional GST charges.
  • Faulty or unrepaired devices not collected within 90 days will be disposed of at no charge. No compensation will be provided for any losses resulting from such disposal.

Home Repair Terms and Conditions

  • All terms and conditions outlined in the “Repair Services Warranty Policy” apply.
  • All terms and conditions outlined in the “Limitations and Exclusions” document apply.
  • I do not accept credit card or Shopeepay as payment methods. Payment can be made in cash through PayNow, or with GrabPay.
  • While most repair services offer doorstep repair, some repairs may require specialized equipment and cannot be conducted on-site. My technicians will assess each booking and confirm whether doorstep repair is feasible. Ciili Mobile reserves the right to cancel any doorstep repair appointments.
  • Additional fees may be applicable for locations that are considered obscure, such as Tuas or Sentosa, to cover traveling costs.
  • In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the repair from being completed within the scheduled appointment, the device will be taken back to my physical outlet for further repair. The device will be returned to the customer via courier on the same or next day, depending on the additional time required.
  •  I will waive the $25 doorstep repair charge if I am unable to complete the repair within the agreed appointment timing. Please note that this is the maximum amount refunded and I will not compensate for any loss of time or inconvenience.
  • My technician will contact the customer to confirm the phone model, the reported problem, and the doorstep repair address before proceeding to the location. If any discrepancies cause undue inconvenience to my technician, an additional doorstep repair travel fee may be imposed to cover my traveling costs.
  • A suitable working area is required for the technician to carry out the repair. This includes a table, a chair, an electrical wall socket in close proximity, and a well-lit and quiet environment.
  • For safety reasons, sharp tools and heating equipment will be set up at the repair station. Children and pets must be closely supervised and kept away from the repair station.
  • While my technician is open to conversation, I kindly request your understanding in minimizing unnecessary conversation to ensure my technician can fully focus on the repair process.
  • Please review these terms and conditions carefully before booking my doorstep repair service.
